Today, Muchiri leads several high-impact ventures:

Across these roles, he supports organizations in making data-driven decisions, strengthening governance structures, and achieving sustainable growth. His expertise includes financial modelling, budgeting, valuation, investment strategy, enterprise risk management, AML/CTF compliance, internal audit, and forensic investigations. He is equally strong in statistical modelling, econometrics, data analytics, and visualization, with advanced proficiency in Python, Power BI, Stata, SPSS, Excel, and modern ERP systems.
Muchiri is also deeply engaged in Public–Private Partnership (PPP) management, project evaluation, and infrastructure financing—areas further enriched by his ongoing PhD research in Finance at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). His work blends academic depth with practical experience, making him a trusted advisor to public institutions, private organizations, and development-focused entities across East Africa.
A respected trainer and mentor, Muchiri has facilitated capacity-building programs through ICPAK, ICPAR, ICPSK, and other institutions, empowering professionals, boards, and executive teams. His approach emphasizes clarity, integrity, continuous learning, and value creation.
